# How do I report on FBT using Argus?
## Set up FBT reporting by creating geofences around FBT-relevant locations, grouping them, then running the Stationary Report against that geofence group. It's available on the OMNI plan.
There are a few ways to report on Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT); the most common method uses geofences and the [Stationary Report](https://help.argustracking.co.nz/knowledge-base/what-does-the-stationary-report-show?hsLang=en-au).

## What do I need before I start?
- Access to create geofences and geofence groups.
- The OMNI plan (see below).
## How do I set up FBT reporting?
1. From the Argus Dashboard, go to **Settings \> Groups** and create a geofence group called **FBT Geofences**.
2. Set up a geofence around each area you'll be claiming FBT for — for example airport car parks, or areas the vehicle is unavailable such as sitting at a mechanic's for over 24 hours. Naming them FBT Area 1, FBT Area 2, and so on makes them easier to find later. Assign each one to the FBT Geofences group. If you've already set these up, skip to the next step.
3. Go to **Reporting**, then select **Stationary Report**.
4. Choose the group of vehicles you want to run the FBT report on — for example a group called FBT vehicles, if you're not running it on your whole fleet.
5. Choose your date range and report format (PDF or CSV). In the **Location** dropdown, select your FBT Geofences group. Set your preferred FBT duration, then select the blue **Run Report** button.
## How do I know it worked?
The report lists stationary events at your FBT geofences for the vehicles and date range you selected. Review the report and check that each event was genuinely an overnight stay — in the CSV version, you can delete any rows for events that weren't overnight before using the report for your claim.
## Which plan includes FBT reporting?
This method uses the Stationary Report, which is available on the **OMNI** plan.
