# How do I set up my Vehicle Compliance page?
## Open Fleet Management \> Compliance to view, update, filter and show all your assets' WOF, COF, RUC and service details in one table.
Your Vehicle Compliance page shows every asset's WOF, COF, registration, RUC, odometer and service details in one table, which you update by clicking directly into the relevant field for each asset.

## What you need before you start
- Access to the **Fleet Management \> Compliance** area of the Argus Dashboard.
## How do I open and update my Vehicle Compliance page?
1. From the sidebar, select **Fleet Management**, then **Compliance** from the dropdown. The **Asset Compliance** page opens with all your fleet's compliance information organised in a table.
2. Find the asset you want to update, then select the box under the label you want to change — for example, the odometer box to update an odometer reading.
3. On the page that opens, enter the new value. For most compliance areas you'll also choose the specific item you're updating from a dropdown list.
4. Select the blue **Save** button to store your change.
WOF and Rego are the exception — these sync automatically with NZTA and update on their own the week after you renew, so you don't normally need to enter them manually.
When a compliance area is within 28 days or 2,000 km of requiring attention, it's highlighted in orange on the table. Once it's overdue, it's highlighted in red.
## How do I show all my vehicles in the compliance table?
By default, the table only shows assets that require attention, with the relevant areas highlighted in orange or red. To see every vehicle regardless of status, open the **Filter by Attention** dropdown at the top of the table and select **Show All**.
## How do I customise which columns show on the table?
Select the blue **Columns List** button, tick the columns you want to appear — for example, leaving **Fuel Card Expiry** or **Lease Renewal** unticked if they don't apply — then select **Select Columns** to apply your choice.
## How do I clear a date from a compliance field?
If a date needs to be removed or updated, enter **0** into the date field, then select **Save**.
## How do I know it worked?
The updated value shows in the table immediately, and its highlight colour changes to reflect the new status (blue for current, orange for approaching, red for overdue).
## What if it doesn't work?
**A compliance area stays red after you've fixed it:** if it was overdue for more than 4 weeks, the NZTA sync stops looking it up automatically — you'll need to enter the corrected details yourself.
**You can't see a vehicle you expect to see:** check the **Filter by Attention** setting is on **Show All** rather than a narrower filter.
