# What does the Mileage Report show?
## The Mileage Report shows the mileage a vehicle does each day, totalled for the week or month, with an estimated fuel consumption.
The Mileage Report records the mileage a vehicle does each day, and totals it for the week or month you run it over. It also shows an estimated fuel consumption based on the vehicle's make, model and year, so you can see which vehicles are used the most.

## What information is in the Mileage Report?
- Daily mileage per vehicle
- A total for the week or month you select
- An estimated fuel consumption based on make, model and year
## How do I run the Mileage Report?
1. From your Argus Dashboard, go to **Reporting \> Mileage Report**.
2. Select the asset or group you'd like to report on.
3. Select a date range from the preset options (for example today, last month), or choose a custom range.
4. Choose a custom time range.
5. Choose a report format: **Web Version**, **Printer Friendly PDF** or **CSV**.
6. Select the blue **Run Report** button to finish.

Run this report over a weekend date range if you want to check which vehicles are being used outside the working week.
