# Where can I find the Argus Tracking terms and conditions
## The current Argus Tracking Terms and Conditions have applied since 1 October 2025, and are available under Settings \> Terms & Conditions when signed in.
Argus Tracking's Terms and Conditions set out how we work together. The current version has been in effect since 1 October 2025. If you're signed in, you can find them under Settings \> Terms & Conditions.

## What do the Terms and Conditions cover?
The Terms and Conditions set out how Argus Tracking works with you, covering the terms of the service relationship between your organisation and Argus Tracking.
## Which version of the Terms and Conditions is current?
The current version has been in effect since **1 October 2025**. A previous version applied before that date.
## How do I get a copy of the Terms and Conditions?
If you're signed in to your Argus Tracking account, go to **Settings \> Terms & Conditions** to view them. You can also [contact Argus support](https://support.argustracking.com/new-request) for a copy.
