How do I get started with Argus FleetHub

Sign in to FleetHub with your welcome email details, then create a booking from New Booking, selecting a vehicle group, times and a vehicle.

Argus FleetHub is where you book a pool vehicle, pick it up, and return it. Sign in using your welcome email details, then create your first booking from New Booking — the whole process takes a few minutes.

Also known as / customers also ask: FleetHub quick start, pool booking, pvbs, pool vehicle, book a pool car, FleetHub sign in, first booking, pool vehicle booking

What you need before you start

  • A FleetHub account, created by your FleetHub administrator.
  • Your welcome email, containing your organisation code, a link to set your password, and your login email address. The password setup link is valid for 24 hours — if it expires, contact your FleetHub administrator for a new welcome email.
  • If you haven't received a welcome email and believe you should have access, contact your fleet administrator.

How do I sign in to FleetHub?

There are three ways to sign in today, depending on how your organisation is set up:

  • Sign in with Argus: go to the FleetHub sign-in page, select Sign in with Argus, then enter your existing Argus Tracking email and password.
  • Sign in with your FleetHub account: go to the FleetHub sign-in page and enter your organisation code, email address and password.
  • Sign in with Microsoft: available only if your organisation has enabled Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on. Select Sign in with Microsoft and follow the prompts.

Signing in directly from Argus Tracking (Fleet Manager > Pool Booking) is planned but not yet available — use one of the three options above for now.

FleetHub works in any mobile browser, so you can sign in and manage bookings from your phone without installing a separate app.

How do I make my first booking?

  1. From the left-hand menu, select New Booking. Select a Vehicle Group, choose a Destination if required, set your Pick Up and Drop Off date and time, add any notes, and enter the number of Occupants. You can also filter by vehicle type, availability, accessories or transmission. Where Ride Share is offered, it's only available if your booking's duration falls inside the organisation's configured Ride Share range. Select Next.
  2. Choose an available vehicle from the list and select Book Now. If your booking includes an overnight stay, you may be asked whether Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) applies — check with your finance team if you're unsure. Depending on your organisation's settings, some bookings need approval before they're confirmed.

How do I pick up and return the vehicle?

If your site uses automatic tracking, you don't need to do anything — driving out of the depot marks your booking as picked up, and returning marks it as completed. If your site uses manual pickup and drop-off, find your booking and select Pick Up when you collect the vehicle and Drop Off when you return it. The Pick Up option becomes available shortly before your booking start time, usually around 30 minutes, depending on your organisation's settings.

How do I know it worked?

Your booking appears in the Booking Manager with its confirmed vehicle, pickup and drop-off times.

What if it doesn't work?

  • You can't sign in: confirm you're using the right sign-in option for your organisation, and that your welcome email link hasn't expired.
  • No vehicles are available: adjust your date, time or vehicle type, check the Calendar for overall availability, try a different vehicle group, or select Find a Slot.
  • You need to change or cancel a booking: find it in the Booking Manager and select the action button to make changes.
