What are the ways I can pay my Argus Tracking bill?

You can pay by bank account direct debit, set up via a signed authority form, or by manual internet banking direct credit using Argus Tracking's bank details.

Argus Tracking offers two ways to pay your bill: a set-and-forget bank account direct debit, or a manual internet banking direct credit. Both are described below, including how to set up direct debit.

What does direct debit involve?

Setting up a direct debit from your bank account is a set-and-forget way to pay: once it's set up, the outstanding balance on your invoice is deducted automatically on the due date, so you don't need to remember to pay each cycle.

How do I set up direct debit?

  1. Download the Direct Debit Authority form.
  2. Complete the form.
  3. Email the completed form to support@argustracking.com, or send a copy of the signed form if you completed it by hand.

You'll receive an email confirmation once Argus has received your form. Allow up to 10 days from that email for your bank to fully process the direct debit. If your next billing cycle falls within that 10-day window, you'll need to pay that cycle manually — all following payments are then handled by direct debit.

Once Argus receives your form, it's forwarded to your bank for processing, and Argus is notified once your bank has actioned the request. If everything is in order, your direct debits begin from the next payment date. Argus receives confirmation that your bank has actioned the request, but cannot guarantee your direct debit is fully set up until the first payment is actually processed.

How do I pay by internet banking?

Internet banking lets you make a bill payment manually, by the due date shown on your invoice. Use these Argus Tracking banking details:

  • Account name: Argus Tracking Ltd
  • Account number: 03-1322-0750140-00
  • Reference: your invoice number
  • SWIFT code (for international bank accounts): WPACNZ2W

How do I know my payment worked?

For direct debit, you'll receive an email confirmation once Argus has received your form, and your bank processes the first payment on your next payment date. For internet banking, check with your own bank that the payment was sent, using your invoice number as the reference.

What if it doesn't work?

  • My direct debit hasn't started yet — allow up to 10 days from your confirmation email for your bank to process it; pay the current cycle manually if it falls inside that window.
  • I'm not sure my direct debit form was received — check for the confirmation email, or contact Argus support.
  • My internet banking payment hasn't been applied to my account — confirm your invoice number was used as the payment reference, then contact Argus support.
