How do I know it worked?

The Driver ID Tag field on the driver's profile shows the new tag number after you save, and the driver can log in to a vehicle with the tag.

What if it doesn't work?

  • The tag isn't being read by the configuration kit — check the kit is plugged in and the tag is placed firmly on the round metal contact.
  • I want to move a tag to a different driver — you must remove the tag number from the current user's profile first, before you can reallocate it to the new user.
  • The buzzer keeps sounding even though the driver has a tag — see how to deactivate a Driver ID buzzer.
