Do I need new hardware to use FleetHub?
No. FleetHub uses the GPS and telematics data already coming from your existing Argus-connected vehicles, so there's nothing new to install.
Does FleetHub work on mobile?
Yes. FleetHub works in any mobile browser on your phone or tablet — there's nothing to download.
How do I sign in to FleetHub?
Depending on your organisation's setup, you can sign in from within the Argus platform (Fleet Manager > Pool Booking), with your existing Argus account credentials, with your organisation's Microsoft account if that's set up, or with a standalone FleetHub username and password from your welcome email. Your role carries over automatically from your existing Argus platform profile.
Can I edit a confirmed booking?
No. FleetHub doesn't support editing a confirmed booking. If your plans change, cancel the existing booking and make a new one. You can cancel or change a booking up to a set period before its start time (commonly around 6 hours) — after that, cancellation locks, except that a booking that was never collected can always still be cancelled, no matter how close to or past its start time.
What happens if I don't collect my booking?
If your organisation has auto-cancellation switched on, a booking that isn't collected during its pickup window is automatically marked as a no-show shortly after that window closes, and the vehicle is released back into the pool. You'll be notified if this happens. Not every organisation has this enabled, so behaviour can vary.
Why was I asked about after-hours use?
If your booking overlaps your organisation's after-hours window (commonly 5pm–8am), FleetHub asks you to select a reason for the after-hours use, to support your organisation's Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) record-keeping. Some drivers or roles are set up as exempt from this prompt.
Why can't I choose a specific vehicle?
In most organisations, FleetHub allocates a vehicle to your booking automatically, based on rules your administrator has set up — for example, to even out wear and mileage across the fleet. Some organisations allow drivers to choose a specific vehicle when booking; ask your administrator whether that's enabled for you.
What happens if my driver's licence expires?
FleetHub checks your licence details before confirming a booking, and an expired licence blocks you from booking automatically. FleetHub generally warns you as your licence approaches its expiry date. If your booking has been blocked, contact your administrator to have your licence details updated.
Do we have to stop using our current booking system to try FleetHub?
No. FleetHub can run alongside your existing booking process during a transition period, so you can move across at your own pace.
