What is Argus FleetHub
Argus FleetHub is a booking system for pooled and shared vehicles, built into the Argus platform, using existing GPS data for automatic pickup, drop-off and true utilisation reporting.
Argus FleetHub is a booking system for pooled and shared vehicles, built directly into the Argus platform you already use for GPS tracking. It's for any organisation with a shared vehicle pool that wants less admin, more accountability, and vehicles that are actually available when someone needs them.

What does FleetHub do?
- Book a vehicle in seconds. Staff open FleetHub, check what's free on the calendar, and create a booking. Cancelling is just as quick if plans change.
- The pool runs itself. At sites using Argus geofencing, pickup and drop-off are detected automatically, so nobody has to manually check a vehicle in or out. At sites using manual pickup and drop-off, staff use a simple tap-to-pick-up/drop-off flow instead. If a vehicle isn't brought back on time, FleetHub automatically recovers the booking so the next person isn't left waiting.
- You see true utilisation. Because FleetHub uses the same GPS data as your Argus tracking, utilisation figures are based on where vehicles actually went, not what was typed into a booking form.
- Expired licences are blocked automatically. If a driver's licence has expired, FleetHub stops them from booking or being allocated a vehicle until it's sorted.
How does FleetHub work?
Because booking and GPS vehicle tracking live in one platform, what's booked and what actually happens on the road is reconciled automatically. Running booking and tracking as two separate systems means two logins, two sets of driver data, and someone manually cross-checking bookings against what vehicles actually did. FleetHub removes that overhead: you sign in once, driver records carry over automatically from your existing Argus platform profile, and booking data is reconciled against real vehicle movement without manual matching. If a vehicle moves without a booking against it, FleetHub flags it.
Who uses FleetHub?
Any organisation that manages a shared vehicle pool — cars or vans that different staff book and use throughout the week.
What do I need to use FleetHub?
An existing Argus Tracking account with GPS-tracked vehicles, and a FleetHub account set up by your administrator. See what each FleetHub user role can do to check what your access level lets you do.
